But... what is Bootcamp?

  • The word bootcamp might sound scary, but it is not. Put very simply it is a mix of cardio and strength training, suitable for all levels of fitness and experience.
  • The bootcamps are as challenging as you want them to be, as there are always easy and hard options for every exercise.
  • We train outdoors (come rain or shine) and you never know what you will be doing as the sessions are always different.
  • The duration of the bootcamps is one hour.

Schedule


The bootcamps take place on:

  • Mondays 19:30 to 20:30
  • Wednesdays 19:30 to 20:30
  • Fridays 06:30 to 07:30
  • Saturdays 10:00 to 11:00
