TERMS & CONDITIONS

General

  • All services are subject to these Terms & Conditions.

  • Dates, times & location of the bootcamps are subject to change.

  • Our courses and trainings solely serve the purpose of health and physical performance improvement. They are not medical therapies.

  • Photos and videos taken during the bootcamps may be used for marketing purposes.  If you do not consent please communicate this via e-mail.

  • Changes to terms and conditions: the member is aware that changes to terms and conditions can occur at any time. These changes will be communicated in an appropriate form. No rights can be derived by a member through changes in the terms and conditions.  Swiss law applies.

  • This website uses the Google Maps API. By using this website, users are bound by Google's Terms of Service

Payment

  • Bootcamp session must be paid in full in advance by bank transfer or TWINT, or on the day in cash.

  • All packages of sessions are personal and not transferable.

  • All Packages are non-refundable.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • A package of 10 sessions expires after 6 months and a package of 25 session expires after 1 year. In case of longer absences due to, but not limited to illness, pregnancy, injury, the package validity may be extended.  Freilager Bootcamps should be informed as soon as possible in these cases to discuss options.

Cancellation

  • If the participant cancels within 24 hours OR does not show up and the session must then be cancelled (due to not enough participants) then the session will be charged in full.

  • Freilager Bootcamps reserves the right to cancel bootcamps at short notice in urgent cases. In such cases you will not be charged.

  • If there are less than 5 participants signed up the session will be cancelled.  In such cases you will not be charged (except in the case described above).

Liability and Insurance

  • Illnesses, injuries or anything which impacts your ability to train must be reported to your trainer before the training starts.

  • It is recommended that you have a medical check-up before starting the training if you have not done sport regularly for the last few years and / or if you have or have had general health issues.

  • Freilager Bootcamps is not liable for any kind of damages and injuries before, during or after a session. All members participate in training sessions at their own risk.

  • Appropriate insurance is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Freilager Bootcamps is not liable for any loss of, or damage to valuables.  It is recommended to bring as little as possible to the training.
