You need to have had your postpartum check (usually around 6-8 weeks after having the baby) and have been given the OK by your doctor to exercise
Absolutely! Mums, Dads, grandparents, nannies or any other care givers are more than welcome to join the Bootcamp with Kids.
Emma is a certified Personal Trainer, with specific education in pre- and postnatal exercise. She knows how to adapt sessions in the case of common postnatal issues such as pelvic floor issues or diastasis recti (abdominal separation). She is also a new Mum herself and will have her little one there at the trainings
Absolutely, you will have different options to choose from, so there will always be an option you feel comfortable with
The sessions will be run in English, however we also speak German, so if there is anything you do not understand we can also explain in German
Das Training wird auf Englisch sein, aber wir können auch Deutsch. Wenn es irgendetwas gibt, das du nicht verstehst, erklären wir es gerne auch auf Deutsch
It is a good idea to feed your baby before the session so that the baby is happy (plus if you are breastfeeding then you will also be more comfortable)
